Welcome to MAC Therapy LLC!
Virtual Outpatient Mental Health Therapy

Let's try a new way of doing things by making meaningful and authentic connections.

I am a virtual licensed professional counselor specializing in helping individuals heal their relationship with food, body, and self. My work focuses on eating disorders, body image concerns, perfectionism, and the heavy burden of chronic self-criticism. I also support clients navigating anxiety, depression, healing from trauma, difficulty making decisions, and the challenge of building meaningful and sustainable change.

You might be here because you’re tired of feeling stuck in the same patterns—
• Do you struggle to escape rigid thoughts or behaviors?

• Do you often feel out of control, maybe in your body, with food, or in relationships?

• Do you struggle to relax without guilt?

• Do you constantly chase “perfect,” yet feel like it’s never enough?
• Is it hard for you to make decisions or set boundaries?
• Do you struggle in times of boredom?

If so, you’re not alone—and you’re in the right place. Seeking help is not weakness; it’s courage. It takes strength to be vulnerable, to face your pain, and to consider new ways of doing things—especially when the familiar patterns feel so deeply ingrained.

If you’re ready to feel differently, ready to explore a new path, and ready to reclaim a life that feels more aligned and peaceful… then let me introduce myself.

About Me

My therapeutic style is warm, direct, nonjudgmental, and deeply collaborative. I also believe in the healing powers of humor and occasional swearing. I believe therapy works best when clients feel safe enough to be honest, supported enough to be vulnerable, and empowered enough to create meaningful change at a pace that respects where they are. I use evidence-based treatment interventions including Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Internalized Family Systems (IFS), and traditional talk therapy—because the therapeutic relationship itself is one of the most powerful tools for transformation. I work through a self-compassionate lens, always meeting clients exactly where they are.

My educational background includes a Bachelor’s degree in Biology and Psychology from Gonzaga University and a Master’s degree in Counseling Psychology with a specialization in Clinical Mental Health from the University of Denver. My clinical background includes working in addictions and eating disorder treatment centers, where I’ve supported individuals through some of their most challenging and defining moments. Those experiences shaped my belief that no one heals in isolation. Eating disorders and other mental illnesses often convince people that they are alone, beyond help, or destined to struggle forever. I am here to challenge that narrative.

My work is driven by the conviction that you deserve support, connection, and the chance to live a life aligned with your values. I am passionate about dismantling harmful societal messages around bodies, food, worthiness, and perfectionism—messages that make so many people suffer silently. I hope to play a part in shaping a world guided by self-love, self-respect, compassion, and inclusivity, where people feel free to exist fully and without shame.

If you’re ready to explore a new way of relating to yourself and move toward a life that feels more grounded, meaningful, and aligned, I would be honored to walk alongside you.

My Approach

Connection

I built my practice on the pillars of Meaningful Authentic Connection. It is the lens through which I view my personal and professional world, as well as the most effective tool for healing and making long lasting change. Alone, we can get stuck in isolation, shame, self doubt, competition, and comparison.Through genuine connection we find meaning, self-compassion, identity, universality, insight, acceptance, and appreciation.

Holistic Health

Health is the relationship and interconnection between mental, physical, spiritual, emotional, and social wellbeing. It is unique and specific to each individual. True healing and change can only happen through identification, acknowledgment, and acceptance of the diverse needs of the whole person.

Integrated Care

Integrated heath care is defined as collaboration and communication between health professionals with the intention of creating a comprehensive treatment plan to address the biological, psychological and social needs of a client. I utilize a team-based approach by working alongside your healthcare providers and loved ones so that I may provide more comprehensive, holistic, and informed care. I can also work with you to establish your own personal and professional support system.
